- To qualify for a return, the package must be unopened, and the stickers and markings must not be removed. Customers must bring the product to our shop, where we will inspect the packaging and product to ensure they are intact. Payment will be refunded within 7 days of the date of return.
- If a product is dead on arrival (DOA), customers must report the issue to our shop within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange to retrieve the product from the customer's premises, and payment will be returned within 7 days. The order will be treated as canceled.
- For products that do not work properly after 3 days of delivery, customers may file a warranty claim by bringing the product to our shop.
- Please note that returns will not be applicable if the product does not work with another device.
